Recently my wife to be entered the USA with a K-1 Fiance Visa, we then married within the required 90 days and she is now my wife. We are in the process of filling out forms I-485 and I-865...my question is this, she would like to travel within the next month or so back to her home country of Ukraine to visit her 82 year old mother and then travel from Ukraine to Norway to visit with her 20 year old son, then she would like to return back to the USA. How can she do this? What forms or permits are required? Please be specific as I am confused by Form I-131 and "Re-Entry Permits" vs "Advance Parole Documents" and/or whether she needs to fill out some other type of form for this kind of travel.
