I sent I130 and I129F at same time!!

I just knew that I wanted to apply for K3 status for my spouse who I married in Jordan, so when I mailed in the I130 I just sent the filled in I129F too. I sent the papers in on Sept. 27th and just got my I 797C on Oct 6th which says the I130 was received.
Now when I read more detail on filing the I129F for spouse I see it saying I can send after I get this I797, so did I make a mistake. And I guess I'm retarded because I didn't make a copy of the translation of our marriage contract. Mostly I thought it wasn't exactly legal to copy since the translator had to make this big official deal of it.... does anybody know anything so detailed?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Ok, so I just got the rejection letter for the I129F today. Now I don't know how can I send it when I sent my only copy of the translation of my marriage certificate, of course I have the copy in arabic but what options do I have?
My cousin learned arabic in the military, is she allowed to translate it?
