my fiance submitted the petition last august 21, 2008 to USCIS California Service Center, but until now we did not receive any confirmation or reply , the only ONE we got is the receipt number from the post office that they had delivered it to INS Express Laguna Niguel, CA and an initial name of the person receiving it, to quote "V.SEMEGI" (express mail item#EB73 6075 177U S).
I hope and pray this site can help us track for our petition. we could not trace it because we dont have the case number yet.
actually, this is the second petition submitted by my fiance because we do not know exactly what happen to the first one, besides there is some changes of the correct addresses of service center where to send the petition. so we resend the petition again to USCIS California Service Center i hope i can get an answer from this site.
