We have applied for a Fiance Visa by sending the I129F.
we received a notification letter.
4 months later we receive a letter that we are denied a Visa but we can appeal.
reason for denial is that we didnt submit all necessary information.
on the USCIS Gov it clearly explained that we submit application and we wait for them to tell us what to do next.
Can someone explain to me please what we should have submitted with the
I129F ??? what is our application missing?
also, how long does it take after we appeal? is it same wait time as when we start from the beginning?
