        Hey,

I am waiting since June 24th too and start getting worried.

How long have people here waited? I am curious.

I mean that there is not much rules. I am sent that I-129 F on July 10th 2008 Received NOA1 on August 6th 2008. From then i have no informations about any touch or update on that official USICS site. But my fiancee call me this morning (November 25th) and say that she was received hard copy of NOA2 in hers mail box. So maybe they just need some longer check, but i really hope that you will get some information from them soon.

mine was dated October 9, 2007. our application has been ran around and skipped for some reason. But i called my congressmans office yesterday and they are sending me papers to fill out and then return. They are going to help us with our case. they said they will take action on it and get results. She said it doesn't do me any good if i call uscis 1 or 2 times aweek. I will always get the same answer.

Yeah that's good! We already did the same and USCIS just replied that we are not outside the current processing times which are 6 months. So we will contact our congressman again after the 6 months immediately. Usually people get approved within 4-5 months. Everything else is lost or pending in security checks.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
