help with visa

HI ALL, im new to this but im also waiting for a response from vermont for my visa i sent in a 129 f form for my wife. and the waiting time is ok. until now that i found out that she is pregnant, her parents dont have the time and money to take her to doctors, or anything like that. i cant go live with her there cause i have a life here and a career. basically what im aking is. WHAT CAN I DO TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. I SENT MY APPLICATION IN BEGINNING OF JUNE.

Yup, it is possible to speed up the process. I am sure that you would be eligible for expedite processing (could be an "extreme emergent situation" or a "humanitarian situation"). However, it does cost money.

On the second visa attempt, wife was visibly pregnant, and with an infant on the third visa attempt.

I just learned that one theoretically COULD speed it up and it might be worth trying.

I have known several people lately on a forum with pregnancy part of the equation. They had to wait like everybody else as it wasn't considered an extreme emergency. If the child is born in the foreign country, he/she can get an American passport by the father filing some papers. (Don't remember off the top of my head the form number.) The child of the American father does not need a K visa to enter the US if he travels with an American passport.

Unfortenetly i have to say - you will propably have to wait as long it takes, Unless you know some lawyer who could help you with it, but I don't think they could make it to much faster .
I know what I am saying. I am waiting here in Prague and my fiance is in San francisco.We have almost 10 months old doughter.We are not living with him more than 7 months now He did come for a week to make her an american passport, but had to go back - as you said to be in work.
They don't care at the embassy.You are case as any other.I am very sorry to say that.
I don't know what country is she from, but if it would be similary - we asked in late may and all papers finally came to me and I am waiting for interview in December.Than - if they give it to me - I can finally fly to USA and ba a family.So that is a good news - she could get the envelop soon. Did you hear back from the american office yet? They sending 1st letter to you and leting you know they have send it to 2 office ( new hempshire?) and than it takes only 2-4 weeks to get to your girlfriend embassy.Than it takes some time again. About month
I know how hard it is and she will have to be really strong.
I don't know how it is with money, but You should propably be sending some, if her family can not.Than you may think of traveling there for the labor ( 2 weeks?) and than she can come with the baby.
The baby needs american passport - but there is necesary you are in person at the embassy with the birth certificate with your name and proofs, that you are US citizen. Ou and baby has to be there too.All of you.
I know it sounds crazy, but it is the fact.
They just won't make it easier on you.

I hope I helped little bit, even when I know - it is not good news. You have to be both patient and try hold on. Believe me when I say, I telling it myself every day when I have to take care of my baby alone and I miss her dad
