Dear Gurus,
My I-140 and I-485 are pending but seems like they might get approved soon as my PD is current. I am gettting married this Dec to my girl friend however, she cannot come back with me as she has 1 year of studies still to finish back home.
Lets say my I-485 gets approved next year (After we get married in December)... but she will still be back home. Will she be elligible for "Following-to-Join" spouse visa when she is ready to come to the US?
Then she will not have to wait for a visa number to be avialable for F2... which we all know really sucks.
