What to do???

Hi all,
I'm in need of some help and advice.
I met my American Fiance 2years ago and we just got engaged on October
24th. We've been looking at all the visa info but to be honest I'm not sure what route is best to take.
We've been looking at K1 visa application but I'm worried if I would be refused entry into the state while it's in process or if l do get to the states can l get back out?
OR
If we get married 1st then apply for the greencard will l still have the same problems in and out of America??
Has anyone been in the same boat or in the process of going through this?

What to do?

Hello, you seem very confused about the whole process. The United States will NOT hold you hostage. If you want to leave you can leave at ANYTIME. First, you need to make up your mind if you want to marry this person and live in the USA. Once, you are here there may be some periods in which it may be best to wait a while before leaving (immigration reasons). I suggeest that you read everything possible on the USCIS homepage in regard to your situation. The more information that you have the wiser your decisions will be.
