hi there.... finally got the 2nd NOA stating that it was approved in Vermont and they will be sending it now to NVC... I'm starting to prepare all the docs needed so once I receive the packet i wont rush anymore...My question is...I'm annuled and the only document I have is my marriage Contract that has the annotation/remark that my previous marriage is already null and void...its the same document we submitted in Vermont. Is that enough document or will they be requesting for other proofs (like Court Decision Paper) of my annulment on the interview? pls help...thanks Here's the time line of my petition, to give others an idea:
6/17 -mailed
6/19 - received by Vermont
6/23 - check cashed out
6/26 - 1st NOA received-w/ receipt date
7/10 - updated (as per checking on USCIS website)
8/26 - last update (as per checking on USCIS website)
11/06 - approved in Vermont
11/10 - 2nd NOA received
