K3 visa processing time

my husband is living in states and we got married last year in december 2007.
he applied I-130 and I-129 F. the receiving date on the receipt is 22nd february 2008. the processing time shown in the month of novmber for botht these cases r I-130 is 26th february 2008 and I-129F is 7th march 2008.
both the dates are beyond myy receipt date but when i see my status it is still giving case received and pending
what should i do
it is december now and it has been almost 10 months since applying
can someone help me out that what should i do
and is there someone whose receiving date is on february or march 2008 and there application have come under process

plz plz help me and inform me

i m very very depressed because of such long waiting

If you go back and read your receipt notice it says

If you do not receive an initial decision from us within our current processing time, call 800-375-5283

So you should call the USCIS and tell them you are beyond their processing time and ask them to place a service request on your case. I think they often say you have to wait 60 (maybe 90) days for that service request to process, but maybe it will speed things up for you before that long.

this what happen to me also...

My I-130 was dated october 9, 2007 and my I-129f was dated march 25, 2008. I called them and asked whats going on? they filled out a inquiry for me and i had to wait 30 days for a reply. After 30 days it still said the same and i called again, they said to give them another 30 days.. so I called my state congressman office. they sent me 3 papers to fill out and i sent back to them. the woman said they can do more for me becoz uscis doesnt give much help to the person calling. 2weeks after i called my congressmans office for help they called me and said that my visa for my wife is approved.. It does help. so have your husband try it..

my husband has called the congressmans office long time back and they then told him that you will get a reply soon but still we are waiting for the reply

i dont knw whts going on there
i knw ppl who have applied after me and their I130 and I129F have got approved

I would call your congressmans office 2 times a week. Your congressman can do more than we can. They can call uscis and get answer that we can't get. I would keep on them even if they say wait 2 more weeks or more i would keep calling your congressman and also call uscis and have them do another inquiry about whats going on. Don't stop and don't give up. You will get your answer. when you call your congressman 2 times a week do the same with uscis. It is horrible that they make the people that are already married wait longer. I would think they would make the married couples priority over the ones that aren't married yet, but thats not the case. Good luck to you and godbless you..

how much more till they take after the approval of I130 as now a days I130 is processing more faster then I129F so can u ppl help me out tht how much tym does rest of the process take after approval
