Paperwork for Spouse visa

Hello,
My fiance lives in Kosovo. I am leaving sunday to go see him. I am writing to ask about the steps to complete the process the best way.

First, my brother got the fiance visa paper work instead of the spouse visa paperwork by accident. So is it ok to download the pdf on the immigration site and use that? Or do you think they have the paperwork available overseas at the embassy there?

Second, what are the names of ALL the forms i need for a spousal visa?

If you are planning to marry him while you are there you will have to file an I-130 petition when you return for spouse to come and also the g325a form to start.

If you are just visiting and plan to come home with him still being your fiance you will have to file an i129 form and I am not sure what other forms you will need but you can visit the uscis website for forms or give them a call and they will give you the information you need.
