hello to all:
my friend married a US citizen and got married here in philippines for almost 2 years now.then all of a sudden der not ok and my friend discover dat her husband has another girl then der 1-130 has not approve yet.my question is....wat should be my friend actions or wat to do?can her husband petition another girl?wats the best thing to do now?the guy wants a divorce now.

If the USC wants a divorce now, she can kiss that immigrant petition goodbye. There is not much she can do about it.

He cannot marry someone and sponsor that person without getting the divorce.
