Heyyy,
I'm filing out the I-131 and the I-765 and have some questions. I came here on the VWP then married my american girlfriend and will file the I-130 and the AOS together.
1. on the I-131 they want my class of admission, would i just fill in "VISA WAIVER PROGRAM"?
2. On the I-131, part 7, i need to explain why i qualify and the circumstances surrounding the visit.
I qualify because of a pending I-485 and the circumstances are exams and other schoolwork. Is that good enough or do i need to provide evidence?
3. On the I-131, part 7, they want to know for how many trips i will use the advance parole. I'd like to go to Europe stay there a month and a half and then come back. Is that one usage or more?
4. On the I-765 they request my current immigration status. Do i write I-130 pending or I-485 pending?
If certain evidence is required more than once can i just put it in the bundle once?
I hope i don't sound like an idiot with these questions. This messageboard is very reassuring and helpful.
