I was going threw some of these forum questions and i found you the most helpful with many of the questions.
I applied for my finance and it was denied at the interview because there wasn't much evidence to determine our relationship. I reapply for him again, and send in all the evidence that i could, but they denied because i haven't gone back to see him since the engagement, its going to be a year in feb. since we been engaged. I still a student at a university and I'm trying to finish my education and that why i wasn't able to go back. Getting a document stating that I am a full time student, and i did take classes in the summer. So can I send that with my appeal? About how long would i have to wait to hear a response from them?
I meet my finance in 2006, and then came back to the us, and went back in 2007 to get engaged.
