  • Help me somebody ???

Ok this is how my stuff goes, my name is Dwayne and her name is Mary Jane.

Case #1 "K-1 Fiance Visa" Denied 8 months ago, the reason and only reason for this Denail - I forgot to send the Supporting Evidence of the Relationship with this application.

Case #2 Planning to get married soon in the Philippines to my one and only and apply for the "K-3 Married Visa", afterwards also I want to apply for a "B-2 Visa", so she can come with me after we are Married to the USA.

Does my K-1 Fiance Visa Denail hurt any of these things I am planning on doing, or any other factors involved with doing this stuff ?

      Hi

From what I know, you cannot apply for two visa'a at the same time.

I'm pretty sure if you get married in the Philippines then you'll have to apply with the I-130. Once you receive the receipt of that then you can apply for the k-3 visa. Once you receive the k-3 visa then she can move to the US.
