confuse on what to do

Hello everyone im a newbie here from the Philippines, I found this site tru browsing and i know theres someone who could help me enlighten some questions i have in my mind that really confuses me..Im here in US for 7 mos now i have 3 children all minors and ofcourse i want them to be with me,they are all included in my k1 petitions now my questions are as follows:

what are the forms we needed to prepare?
and how much is the fee for each of them?
does that fees included thier AOS or well have to do another payment for their AOS when they arrive here?
Ist really true that all we need to do is call Us embassy in the Phils?but i know that we also need forms for each of them an dthats is what i want to know.

I got my visa June of 2008 and now im worried that im running out of time to prepare the papers they needed before the 1 year period of my visa expired..
PLEASE I NEED HELP

Hi Mary, I think you should go and ask a lawyer before you run out of time. I wish I can give an advice.... because we came here under K3- and K4 visa, then we hired a lawyer for my son, so he could get his GC here, so my advice is ask a reputable lawyer... Good luck!
