I live in canada and my fiancee in the states we met on internet about a year and half he came to see me on july and stayed for 5days only ,came back in january for 3days, and he s gonna visit in beginnin of march but only for three days again cose he works 2jobs and full time student we started the procedure for a fiancee visa do you think it will be denied because we didnt spend a lot of time together??? how long should he stay here ??

The requirement is to have met in person and not a certain length of time visiting. You have met in person. You have met that requirement.

I think you are fine, but have some evidence of those meetings like boarding passes, photos together, etc. Maybe have him buy something on a credit card that will show up on his bill as purchased in your town and take a picture together in front of that store. Some stores even print the persons name on the receipt.

Perhaps other countries want to see more time together because of things like language differences or high visa fraud experienced from some countries, but I don't think Canada has that issue.
