Help on Immigration

Basically,

I'm looking to move to the USA and marrying a citizen there, the problem is that the citezen isn't 18 for another 8 months, is there any way in which I can move there using a type of visa temporarily as a non-citezen until I marry and become a citezen.

If this isn't an automated response, please help me, I have no idea what to do.

You can't really come on a temporary visa such as tourist visa with intention to marry.

Thank you so much for a reply, i'm having so much trouble on where to get help.

But, i'm from the UK and I can qualify for the visa waiver program, where I can stay in the US for up to 90 days.
The date I plan to fly over is 62 days before the citezen turns 18, which gives us enough time.
Would this work?

What about when they turn 18? what do I do then to marry?

Call that person to UK to get married. Or ask that person to sponsor you a finace visa.
