My girlfriend's parents who are in Philippines at the moment are planning to migrate to Australia and they are thinking of bringing her along with them.
Anyway, we are planning to get married in America 2-4 years from now. My question is, if she does migrate to Australia before I get to petition her for a fiancee visa, would that cause any conflict for my petition? (Since she's moving from one country to another within a few years time). Should she wait in Philippines or would it be alright go to Australia? Would her migration to Australia affect my petition?
I've known her for 3 years and we've been together for 2 years. She just turned 21 last January and she is living with her family and about to graduate college within a year and a half. Meanwhile, I'm plannning to enlist for the USNavy this year(I'm not a US citizen yet but I will be qualified to apply for citizenship in 2010). It's been a year since I've last seen her and hopefully I would be able to go home to Philippines for at least 2 months before I enlist.
