Can anyone in my family or anyone in my wife's family be our main sponser and fill out the support forms in supporting us since we both are not working right now when the I-130 is approved? She is in the US and i'm in africa. I need an advise please.

Yes anyone can sponsor you as long as they are united states citizens and they income meet the requirements. It can be a friend or a family member. Good luck with your journey, it is long and very stressful but hang in there. My husband is from ghana also and we are going thru the process as well. I believe your wife will have to show some proof of income, even if it is unemployment and the income does not meet, then someone can be a co sponsor to you along with whatever income she has
