Good Day to everyone!i am having a trouble filling out my form though i've visited some websites to look for some examples for I-129F i couldn't find a form that has an example for annuled filipina.
1...In #6."Marital Status" it has 4 box to choose from,1st- is married/2nd- single/3rd-widowed/4th-divorced.I wonder whats box should i tick for an annuled woman.
2...On #7"Other names used(including maiden name)"Since my marriage is annuled i am using now my single name legally in all forms i am filling out even on this K-1 visa form.Do i need to put my previous married name on this line?
3...How about in part B #13-"List all children",they oly have 3 space on this part.i wonder what if i have 4 children to list down how can i put them all since they provide only 3 spaces.Please any one help me out....
