I have tried unseccessfully since this morning to get to speak to a customer services rep at the USCIS, although the automatated relpy on the phone says that there is someone there (live) from 8am to 6pm Mon-Fri, I am having no success at all.
I suspect there is something wrong with the petition for a K1 visa that my fiance submitted back in August but with no file number to go by I can't select that option.
I need a bit of advice from them
Can anyone tell me of a sure fire way of getting to speak to of the customer services team.
Any help is greatfully appreciated, my Fiance is overseas with the military and is unable to do this himself.
