Who gets notified first after approval?

Hi, can anybody tell me who gets notified first when we get approved. Does my fiancee in the US get notification first or will i get it. Thanks!

If you are inquiring about notification from the USCIS or NVC, the US citizen will get notified. If you are talking about approval on your visa from the Embassy, the immigrant who went to the interview will be notified first.
