Why are Petitions/Applications Returned to the USCIS?
i want know in what case ouncula can decide send petion application back to USCIS?
counsula ask me to breing some document proof of incom and i have now i scare after take these document counsula tell me will send my application back to uscis i stope sleep think that can happing so please help me know what can make counsulat reteurn application so i compare with my application and see

They usually send it back if its being denied or if it needs to be sent to the fraud dept. The information about income is needed by all petitioners to prove you can support your fiance(e)/spouse, so I wouldnt be too concerned. In response to their request I would recommend getting tax information for the last 3 years, paystubs showing your income, and maybe a letter as well from your employer stating that you work for them as a (whatever you do) making ($xx) as a (part time/full time) employee for (length of time employed there). It may be overkill for what they need but at least its all there so if they ask you aren't delayed again.

i did get intervie and say hes 2007 tax was down whene he must pay alimoney and children support we get cancel of alimoney and hes tax of 2008 is good i forget say is faincee visa so from what u say they cant send it back because prove of income right ?
