my fiancee and i plan to have a child when i visit her in china in a few weeks but i do not know how to bring the child to the united states. i am going to file a k1 visa for her. can the k1 visa also include the child? does anyone give me help on this by telling me what additional procedure or forms do i file in addition to k1 visa to get my newborn child to the united states. thanks for all your help in advance

The baby can get a US passport to travel on. It's more paperwork and claims of paternity at the consulate. They can even require DNA paternity testing in some cases as proof. Best to google US Embassy ______ (whichever embassy in China) Then search around for "Report of Birth". Be sure to explain US father, Chinese mother, out-of wedlock birth because there are different procedures depending on if its two Americans, as well as in or out of wedlock.
