Please Help (Change of Location)

Hi ALL,

I am from I India I got married recently my wife is US citizen she already have filed I-30 petition for me and waiting for it's receipt. I am working as Software Engineer here and my company told me to go for an on site to Europe now and I am in a situation to accept it otherwise I may lose my job. I want to know If I changed my location after applying for K3 visa will crate any problem. Our marriage took place in India, so I think we have to apply to consulate in India. I want to know if went to Italy is there any chance for delay in my visa, or any chance for denial. I may got to Italy in April by the time my wife have applied for K3 visa with my current location as Kerala, India. What I have to do to avoid quiting from the job, one thing I can't reject my company's decision and stay here.

I dont think there should be any issue regarding u visiting Europe. Since your are an Indian National and just visiting Europe for job, u do not have to change your mailing address. This will create confusion and it could delay the process. I am sure you have your family at the Indian address that you have provided. When you recieve any mail, then you will be informed (I am sure).
