Working on Fiance VISA

I was looking at the website about the alien fiance VISA etc, and i was wondering if i can work with that VISA type or would i need another VISA type aswell?

You can't work with fiance visa.

Thanks very much. So i would need a work VISA to work as usual. Do I need a fiancee VISA to marry a US citizen, and even if I don't, is it preferential in terms of how the US government looks upon it?

You need to get married and apply for adjustment of status (I-485). You can apply for work permit (EAD) along with I-485. Once that is approved (EAD), you can work.
