and why in ds156 ask about adress of present school is that mean they will write them ?

You don't use DS230 for K1 visa, only DS156, and it's always best to simplify things, especially when it comes to government - too much info only confuses them. The following is not specifically for your case.

Fatima. You are correct about the forms. You fill in the first two pages of the DS-230. It's for all kinds of immigrants, so some questions might not sound right for you, but answer them anyway. They are using this form to know about your background...where you have worked and where you have gone to school and where you have lived. They don't judge you on your jobs or education. It's just to know where you've been for security checks I suppose. They won't write the schools, but tell the truth and don't leave out anything.
