    Hi all,
I am new in here, I came to US with F1 visa last year January 2008, now I married with US citizen ( my husband) The INS told me I need file these forms:

    I-485
    G-325
    I-765
    I-131

    My husband has to file:
    I-130
    I-864
    G-325
but i read some of your post , If he file I-130 he don't have to file I-864 , is this correct? Anyone know ,please tell me.Thank you for your help

Maivang is adjusting status after a year in the US. I think all the K1, K3 visa information in this forum is confusing to him because he is not applying for a spouse visa. He is going straight to AOS because he's already in the US. He would send all the forms listed in one package the the Chicago Lockbox. There are alot of supporting documents that go with these forms like passport photos, proof of income, a medical report. The I-485, I-765 and I-131 are three separate applications and end up processing at different locations. Each says to submit 2 passport photos so make sure you read each instruction for what is included. That's six passport photos, two for each of those applications.
