File I-485 with I-765

Hello Everyone,

My new husband and I are getting ready to send out the I-485 package today but I would also like to submit the I-765 EAD application as well. The applications tell me to send to 2 different addresses. Should I send them out seperatly or should I include the I-765 form with the I-485 and send it to one location and let them deal with it?? Please advise...

You put the EAD application in the same envelope with the I-485. It goes to the I-485 address...also called the Chicago Lockbox. There is no fee for the EAD if you send it with the I-485.
