Some help regarding g325a form

Hi all, I have a question regarding the g325a form. Just some quick background about me, I'm a college student and an American citizen born in the US and both of my parents are American citizens. My fiancee is a German citizen and we plan to get married in the states if we can obtain a K1 visa.

My question about the G325A is about where it says Applicant's residence. My fiancee worked in the United States for about a year as a nanny, and she lived with the family that she worked for. After that, she returned to Germany, her home country. Should she include where she stayed in the USA on the applicant residence?

Also another question about the form. Is the form suppose to contain 4 pages of the exact information that we each need to fill out? If that's correct, does that mean that she and I both need to fill out 4 pages on the form making it a total of 8 pages of info that will be turned in from both me and her? Sorry if I sound confusing.

Hi Derek,

You and your fiance have to mention addresses of all the places you have live in for the past 5 years. If I were filling the form I would mention the address of where I worked as a nanny in the US.

To answer you second question, yes you have to fill out all the four copies of the G-325A. There are very slight differences in the form, if you see at the bottom left of each page there will be some different specifications (like a different code. I think that's because each page goes into for different processing. Anyway that's just a deduction.) But yes, so you and your fiancee have to fill all the 4 pages. The information on each page should be the same for each person respectively.
