Hi,
Im a Palauan citizen, currently residing in Philippines with a valid Student visa. As a Palauan citizen, due to the agreement of the Compact of Free Association with the United States and the Republic of Palau which entitles me to live and work in the US without a visa, how can I bring my Fiance a Filipino citizen to the US with me to work and to live there. How do I go about it? Do I need to petition her while I'm here in the Phils or can we go together with a visitors visa for her and file a petition when we get to US.
