K1 Visa interview date

Hello! I am from the Philippines and last Feb 26, I recieved a letter from the US embasssy letting me know that our case i eligible for an interview that I can start calling them to set for an interview appointment. However, I would like to know if I need to call them right away or do I need to wait for the packet first? Or Do I need to call them first before they will be sending the packet? Please advise.

if you think you have all the requirements... you may call them anytime and set for an appointment. They don't send packets anymore... You have to check it online. Just follow the link that's indicated on the letter and follow the directions. Download the forms...fill it up and organize your documents then you are good to go.
