hi,
I was supposed to get my interview on april 7 but because i got my work authorization card so i moved from my parent in laws home to live on my own. I changed my address online on uscis site. and i got a confirmation from uscis of my change in address. But after a week they sent a letter of cancellation on my previous address stating that due to unforseen circumstances my interview has been cancelled. now my questions are :
1. Is it because my father in law was my sponsor and I was supposed to live with him and i moved?
2. because they sent the letter on my previous address not on my current address can i just go to the interview instead, saying that i didnn't recieve the letter at all.
3. why did they send the letter anyway i can't understand, can you explain when should i expect my next interview appointment. ( i have been reading forums and i felt scared that many people got their appointments waiting for atleast an year )
I am totally confused................................any suggestions would help.
thanks
