Well thanks to everyone who helped me on some questions i had, we checked the case status a couple days ago and the approval notice was sent out last week If anyone wants to know we submitted our petition(California Services) on FEB 10th and it was approved MAR 20th. So hopefully it means the processing times are getting a little quicker. If anyone knows what goes on from here and/or has any advice please let me know...thanks

That is wonderful! I am thrilled to for you and your loved one. It has been 4 days since my boyfriend went back to England and I am missing him so much that I can barely get out of bed in the morning. The immigration process is so tiring!
I do understand the reasoning behind checking out backgrounds, etc., but the process just seems so lengthy and the fact that you cannot get in touch with anyone is frustrating!

You will actually get notification via mail stating that the application has been sent to his embassy. He will get notification with a list of stuff he will need to do including a background check and a health examation. Once he has all the appropriate documentation and is ready for his interview at the embassy he just needs to contact them to set up an interview time. That's where we are now. His petition was approved in February and he's getting his health examinaton on April 6th. So hopefully it won't take too much longer for the interview. I hope this helps you out. i'm engaged with US citizen, we have relationship for 6 month only.. but we talk in 12 hours average everyday.. shortly he apply fiance petition and our petition was approved by USCIS and it only took 1 month.. now i still waiting email from US embassy in Jakarta and for the interview..
and i've read all thread for people been denied after the interview..
so.. did u guys already have the interview..
what they asking to u..
well.. i feel so nervous now and scared.. i need to be with my fiance.. my life now so miserable..
