I am seeking assistance on my case. My fiancee came to USA with an approved K1 VISA for 90 days to get married. Before getting married she had to return to her country for an emergency, sickness of this person that was for her like a second mother and eventually this person died. My fiancee is ready to return to USA and we are still in the 90 day period (it ends on May 9). The problem is that the K1 Visa specify only one (1) entry.
How can I solve this case so she can return during the 90 day period and we can get married.
