I-129f Question-international marriage broker

i'm not sure what to put for this..yes or no. i met my wife on asianeuro dating site...i paid like $30.00 usd for a year. Is this and other's considered a marriage broker? or do they mean the sites that actually arrange marriages/trips and visa fees and exspensives.

Since i sent in the I-130 already and got the NOA 1...i'm thinking of not sending I-129f if the I-130 is faster now...or should i send in both?
