K-1 Visa & Enrolling @ a university

My fiancee is planning to take university level classes, can she do it as a regular student or will she be consider as an international student?
she is coming in this week and starting english classes next week but plan to re-enroll in a degree seeking program in May.
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

PS: she has a K1 visa and we are getting married in 3 weeks.

This depends on the university's code. If your question is about tuition, public universities usually have in-state and out-of-state tuition rates. You maybe a US citizen and not qualify for an in-state tuition rate. So, I think you should you ask the university which she'll be attending.
