My fiance was deported a year ago. He was in the states for 11 years. We have a daughter together who was born in the U.S. I have visited him once in mexico since he has been back and we are trying to figure out if we can get him back to the U.S. I looked into the fiance visa but so far it doesn't look like there is any hope. Someone please help.....

he has to serve a 10 year bar. other than that, you need to look at getting married in Mexico and get a lawyer to help you file an i-601 waiver based on hardship to an USC.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice.
