my k-1 visa will expire on may 13,2009,i got married last april 17,2009.i dont apply for my AOS and EAD yet,waiting for the marriage license to return from the country clerk office before i file my papers.what will i do?i will be deported if my visa will expire?or what?help me please...

as long as you marry within the 90 days in the usa ur fine

you have 90 days (3 months) to get married. As long as you're married you are fine. Wait for the marriage license then you can file your AOS. Be patiece.
