I have a friend - an egyptian man who was living in Egypt. He met a woman from USA whilst she was on a vacation in Egypt last year and they started a relationship which continued via internet and mobile phone.
They decided to start a life together and he applied for and received a K1 visa to USA. She purchased him a one-way ticket and he left Egypt for USA in february this year.
Upon his arrival in USA and him spending time alone with the woman, he realised that he had made a BIG mistake. He does not want to marry her and he does not want to stay in USA.
Unfortunatley he has no money left to purchase an air ticket back to Egypt or to consult a lawyer for advice. He has been unable to get a job to earn money, and the woman is refusing to financially support him now that he has no intention to marry her.
The 12 week K1 deadline is due to expire next week, so with no marriage he will be an illegal immigrant?
Can anyone please give me information that I can pass to him, to get him back to Egypt asap?
