Inquiry About My 4Years Old Son K-2 Visa
Last year September I got my k-1 visa but my Son could'nt come with me then. So He will join me later on derivative k-2 visa which I was told I can still apply for His k-2 visa within a year my K-1 Visa was issued provided His name was included on the form I-129F submitted to the USCIS. My Visa was issued on 4th of september 2008.
His name was included on the approved form I-129F which was then sent to the U.S embassy in london. The embassy then ask if He's accompany me or join me later which I said later to the question on the form sent by me to the embassy.
But now He's ready to join me and His currently residing in Nigeria.
My question is what information do I need for the issuance of His k-2 visa at U.S embassy in Nigeria where He lives currently.
Could you please advise me on what to do.
