Meeting Requirements

Sir,

I've met my fiancee, who is a citizen of the US, on the internet. We have finally decided to get married. I am a Yemeni citizen residing in Saudi Arabia, and have never met my fiancee personally.

I would like to inquire, what are my chances of obtaining a fiance visa if I am not fulfilling the condition of meeting my fiancee personally.

There are two factors, which prevent us from intimacy are, firstly, we are Muslims, and our religion does not permit us to have intimate relationship before marriage.

Secondly, she is afraid to travel alone. Even if we decide to meet somewhere, she will be too scared to travel alone.

Thus, in this regards I would kindly request you to provide me with some information and guidance on what are my chances of obtaining the finace visa.

You just have to meet in person. You don't have to have intimate relationship as that is not required.

If she is afraid to travel alone, she can travel with someone else. And both of you don't have to meet alone somewhere else and have intimate relationship. You can meet in presence of other family members or friends.
