Finger Prints

My fiancee and daughter went through thier K1/K2 visa interview in Guangzhou and received thier pink slip (which means they passed the interview) Hip hip hurray! My fiancee awaited her visa package that was suppose to be sent to the post office in Guangzhou. But what she got was a notice that said she needed to do her finger printing again. She went and got her finger prints again and now she is waiting for her package. I am wondering if anyone has exeperience with this or if I need to call the Consulate to try to expidite the process? Or should we just wait this out, it been about 1 week? Any help will be greatly appreciated

That happens some times if the first time the finger prints collected were not clean or didn't get recorded properly.
