They wanted evidence of our LAST meeting before I sent in the 129F petition. Yes that is how they put LAST on the request for more evidence bold, capitalized and underlined.
For my reply I sent copies of my airline Boarding passes. Boarding passes are evidence that you got ON the airplane, receipts for Airline tickets only prove that you purchased tickets /shrug. I sent a copy of the passport page with the Homeland security re-entry stamp, I wrote a small note and a big arrow pointing to the correct stamp and I wrote a note for the foreign passport control stamps too but they are in a foreign language so I doubt they count. I sent 3 photographs with notes on the back indicating names of the people, dates and the place (do not forget to include which country). I think I could have sent less but for the price of postage might as well do everything.
I actually sent all of this with the first petition but I sent the information about several trips. I think the processor found the evidence for multiple trips confusing or perhaps it is a rule that you only send in evidence for a single trip /shrug.
My receipt date with the USIC in California is February 25, 2009.
I am still waiting for a letter from the NVC.
Good luck, the big wait is almost over. Get your fiancee to start work on the police certificates they are good for a year, (at least that is what the embassy in my fiancees country says).
I noticed that the d-156 mentions that your fiancee will need another copy of the certificates (Birth, police, etc.) for adjustment of status.
