I have a couple of questions to anyone who can help me. 1st is do my copies of my divorce decree's have to be certified? 2nd is for proof that I have met my fiance (who is from another country) can we submit our evidance on a memory card ie: photo's? I guess I have a 3rd question also and that would be are photo's sufficient for proof we met?

Hi there

Whilst I can't offer you any advice on divorce decrees, I would say that if you think you might need to do it, you probably do, and even if you didn't you won't be penalized for giving more information than necessary.

I actually mailed in real hard copy photographs with my application, 3 in total, 2 of us together which were close enough so we were both recognizable, and the 3rd picture was one showing how we use video calls to stay in touch, which is why we had less actual written documentation of our ongoing relationship.
