If my husband entered the USA on a k-3 visa can he finish processing through the national visa center by returning to his birth place and going to interview there?

    K-3 visa and consular

Hello, anybody home? I was wondering if he entered on a k-3 visa , then do he have to continue with the k-3 visa? Or can he return back to his birth place and continue processing through the National Visa Center? Will the K-3 visa expire after 1 year or 2? Thanks for any accurate responses.

if he's all ready in the USA witH K-3 visa, he doesn't need to go back home, if he's in the USA already, all he have to do is apply for ADJUSTMENT OF STATU, I THINK ITS I-485

Thanks, Omar586 for the information. I have another question. Will he have to go back home and do the medical exam and interview for his 2 minor children? Can the biological Mother turn in the medical exam at the embassy or perhaps have it done with the needed immunization and send it to us to turn in? I really appreciate your help. This forum is a God-send.
