Quickly getting Swiss Spouse to the US

I would like to Marry as Swiss Women. We would like to get married in Switzerland in October this year. Then we would like to live in US. No more the 3 weeks after the wedding. We have considered filing for the Fiance K1 visa now since the processs takes up to 6 months. Then getting married again in we she comes to the States.

She will be visiting next week. If we married here in the US while she is her with a tourist visa. Then applied for the K3 spouse visa would we be able to make the process quicker?
