My fiance is Swiss. She will be visiting here in a week. We intend to Marry in in Switzerland in October. If we marry here in Alaska while she is visiting under the Visa waver program can she return to Switzerland. After which we would apply for the K3 visa with the hopes that she would be able to return to and live Alaska in November of this year.

Can she not just stay in Alaska after you are married? So basically my question is: can you come in the us on a visa waver program, get married, and (start the whole adjustment of status process) stay?
