I am an American currently living in the Dominican Republic and my fiance is Dominican. I am supposed to return to school this fall, but I do not want to leave her here. What is the fastest method for obtaining a visa and what it the timeline for that? Do you know if you can use premium processing to bring your spouse to U.S.?
